My brother, Joe Tully, lost his battle with lung cancer on Thursday, July 19, 2012. He was only 64.

He leaves behind his wife Lee, his daughter Jocelyn Pina, his grand-daughters Megan and Elizabeth, his sister Maura Connolly, his brother (me) and nephews and nieces Sara, Ben, Kayleigh, Luke & Liam. Anyone who knew Joe (“Uncle Joe” to many) also recognizes that his immediate family was much bigger than this with son-in-law Jim, brothers-in-law Jim Connolly and George Cerrato, sisters-in-law Julie Tully and Julie Guyt and that his extended “family” included blood relatives around the world and those who merely thought of themselves as relatives somehow!

I’m certain that Joe wouldn’t have wanted us to mourn him for what he had to suffer during his last year – rather he would want you the remember the good times.
